What Flash Odds is

Flash Odds displays publicly-available player-prop odds from licensed sportsbooks. We do not accept bets. We do not hold your money. Any wager you place happens on a sportsbook's site, under that sportsbook's terms.

Age + jurisdiction

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site (18+ in states where sports betting is legal at that age). You are responsible for knowing whether sports betting is legal where you live. If it's not, do not click through to place a wager. We geofence affiliate CTAs where required, but we cannot verify your location perfectly.

No guarantees

The odds shown come directly from sportsbook feeds. Lines move fast, especially in-game. By the time you click a link, the line on the book may be different. The final line you see at the sportsbook is the one that applies to your bet. We don't guarantee availability, accuracy, or that a listed prop will still be open when you try to place it.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is financial, betting, or investment advice. We show you what the books are offering. What you do with that information is your call. Sports betting carries real risk of loss. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at scale, don't try to break it, don't use it to automate bet placement across books (most books prohibit this). Automated access beyond normal browsing may be blocked.
